Return & Refund
At Gadgetgig, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not satisfied with your product due to damage, defect, or any other valid reason, we’re here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
You can request a return or replacement if your item meets the following conditions:
The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.
The product is unused, in original packaging, and includes all tags, accessories, and manuals (if any).
We do not accept returns for:
Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling.
Items without original packaging or missing components.
Products marked as “Non-returnable” on the product page.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return:
Email us at info@gadgetgig.in with your Order ID, reason for return, and product images (if damaged).
Our team will verify and approve the request within 24–48 hours.
Once approved, we’ll arrange a pickup or guide you on the return process.
The product must be securely packed to avoid damage in transit.
3. Replacement Policy
We offer a free replacement if the product:
Arrives damaged or defective.
Is different from what was ordered.
Once your return is received and inspected, the replacement will be processed immediately (subject to stock availability).
4. Refund Policy
Refunds are issued if:
We are unable to provide a replacement.
The returned product passes our quality check.
Refund process:
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method (credit card, UPI, net banking, etc.).
It may take 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
5. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed, but you may request a return after delivery if eligible.
To cancel, email us at info@gadgetgig.in with your Order ID as soon as possible.
